Badges CAN be separate designs from one another.

 

 All you have to do is  place the order and it will  give you a four digit order number.

As soon as we arrive to your order number, we’ll build it one on one with you through email with renders to approve in full color with dimensions. We never cut any items until you are 100% happy with the renders. 

MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR POSTED TERMS BEFORE ORDERING 

IT WILL TAKE 6-8 WEEKS ON ALL CUSTOM ORDERS UNTIL ITS READY TO SHIP. Possibly as little as 2-3 weeks currently. Expect 6-8 but with possibility of much sooner. We just like to give worst case scenario due to illness/sickday, machine maintenance, supply issues and any unforeseen circumstances.

Expect digital renders to approve within 1-7 days from placing the order. Once approved it will be sent to manufacturing. 


CUSTOM ORDER ETA:

Current lead times are approx 6-8 weeks from the order date until shipment for all custom orders. Please do not place an order if you cannot wait this time period. Typically when you place your order, you will receive a render within the first few days of placing the order to build the render exactly as you want it to look. Once you approve the render, it will be sent to manufacturing. Once completed in manufacturing it will go through a one week curing phase to ensure it’s completely cured and free of any factory defects prior to shipping.

 *****Please understand that the leadtime is an approximation as it’s very hard to guess this far in advance as we base everything off of when we generally see the items ship, but understand as we are a custom shop that the estimations can vary based on order volumes and complexity as each day is different. So if your order has not shipped exactly at least six do not stress and think something is wrong, we are working hard every day to fulfill each and every order in a timely manner. We understand that you would like to check in however, it will slow us down having to check a bunch of emails asking for updates so please understand that there is a leadtime on all custom orders, and that we are working to get every order done as quick as possible.  Thank you for understanding.

 BADGES ARE NON GLOWING, NON LED.

Glow Badges must be ordered separately on a special link that is listed under Glow Badges which are at a higher price point than regular Non-Glow Badges. 

 Badges are all made from 1/8 inch acrylic or 1/4 inch acrylic depending on your needs and of the design. Each order will contain the exact dimensions and thickness for each item. 

🚨Mounting Area🚨:

Badges MUST be mounted on a flat surface and cannot contour to curved surfaces as they are thick and won’t bend. PLEASE ensure that the area you plan to Mount the badges will be a FLAT SURFACE.

WIREFRAME/CONTOUR CUT/HOLLOWED OUT STYLE BADGES:

Often customers refer to these as, “hell cat style” cut designs. Please keep in mind BEFORE you place an order that if you want this style that it is NOT always possible as that style requires removing many elements from the design to make it hollow. In addition to that, every line in the design must be connected so that it is all one solid piece in vector format. This is not always possible to do. We generally recommend solid badges for many reasons, mostly due to the fact that it is simply not always possible to create a wireframe badge. It will entirely depend upon the design itself and the complexity.

We typically charge a higher rate for intricate designed badges, so you would definitely need to keep this in mind BEFORE you place your order.

 🚨 We urge you to contact us prior to ordering to ensure that your design can be cut that way otherwise, we typically recommend solid badges. It is your responsibility to confirm before you place an order that your design can qualify as a wire frame design as there are no cancellations once an order is placed. 🚨

DESIGN & MANUFACTURING SCHEDULE

Our design days are Wednesday and Fridays every week. We do not design on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday as those are designated manufacturing days and the weekends we are closed. You will typically hear from our designer on Wednesday and Fridays in regards to the Render approval process.  

 

ORDER PROCESS
Simply place the order by choosing how many badges you’d like and submit photos (IF you have a Photo you want to use), AND/OR describe the design to us under the notes at checkout. If you left all of that blank, it’s fine, we can collect that info through email later.

Once we arrive to your order number , we will begin drawing and will submit the artwork to you for your cutting approval. When we send you the render through email, you can review it and request changes/alterations until it’s exactly what you have in mind. Once you approve the design, the badges will be cut and shipped out shortly after. Once the badges ship, it will ship rush delivery 2/3 day USPS. 

All items are designed and cut in the order they are received. No returns or refunds on any custom orders. Once you checkout, this reserves your place in line and a designer will reach out to once he gets to your ticket to go over the renders for you to approve.

 

DONT HAVE A PHOTO? No problem! You ONLY have to upload IF you have something you want use to use specifically or to help explain things better. Otherwise you do not NEED a photo. We will create the order based off of your written description to create the design you requested. A detailed render will be sent to ensure we’re all on the same page before you approve the order to continue with manufacturing.

IF you have multiple photos, simply checkout and obtain your order number. You can email designs@forgedconcepts.org with your order number in the subject line. Please include all photos and instructions you’d like on each badge.

 ISSUES WITH AN ORDER?

While we do not offer any warranty on custom orders, you do have 3 Days from the delivery date to disclose any factory issues or concerns. Issues reported within that 3 days will be replaced with the exact same item. If you have concerns about anything we will listen and do what we can to try to help but it’s VERY IMPORTANT to disclose issues within 3 days of receiving your order otherwise we will have to charge to replace any items

 ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE POSSIBLE. PURCHASING THIS ITEM IS AGREEING TO ALL TERMS LISTED. It is IMPERATIVE that you pay attention to the render with sizing, options etc  once you approve this, it is final. All items come as non gloss unless you otherwise indicate you’d like it to have ultra gloss effect in which the render will state non gloss or gloss.

Also please understand that we do not ever give out the master art files to any order. We often times have customers asking that we send them the master vector files which is against our policy. We can only send the full color renderings but will not give out any art files. Often times other companies want that file to avoid having to draw the art out. We work very hard to draw each order and the other companies will also have to put in the work versus relying on us to do the work for them. 


Our inserts are made from a soft modified material with strong adhesive. Although it is made from a very soft material, we urge using precautions anytime you are installing anything on your steering wheel. Our products are considered decorative for car show purposes for car events  and is your responsibility to install for show purposes as we are not responsible for any driving usage, damage, accidents, airbag deployments, etc 

 

Replication Clause

We reserve the right to use any art files we’ve created at any time to create custom orders and to show other examples of our work. On our social media, You may see variations in color, sizing and wording of badges we’ve previously made as each post we make often inspires another customer to order the same design but tweaked to match their needs. IF you provide a design that you want made EXPLICITLY made for you, you’d need to provide us with Trademark/Copyright forms that we will place in your file to ensure that will not be replicated. In order to place an explicit-One-Off order you will need to speak with us prior to placing an order and will need to place the order with a specific payment process that will lock you in as an explicit-no replication clause with your trademark/copyright forms that will be placed in your file - otherwise ALL orders can be replicated for any use we see fit. 

Placing ANY orders gives us the right to use the artwork in any capacity for replication, resale, publication,  etc  IF you don’t agree with these terms we urge you to not place any order or to inquire about a non replication-one off custom order.

*WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY MOPAR DESIGNS  PLEASE DO NOT ASK. ANY ORDERS THAT REQUEST MOPAR BRANDING WILL HAVE TO BE CHANGED TO ANY ANOTHER DESIGN OF YOUR CHOICE. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE HONORED IN LIEU OF CHANGING TO A NON MOPAR DESIGN SINCE WE ARE DISCLOSING PRIOR TO YOU PURCHASING THAT WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT MAKE ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES MOPAR LICENSING. YOU WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THE DESIGN TO ANYTHING THAT IS NOT OWNED BY MOPAR BUT A REFUND CANNOT BE GIVEN AS PER OUR POSTED TERMS. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.*

 

Design Deviation

We will make each order EXACTLY as you want us to build it. Providing the most detailed, accurate description of how you’d like the order to look prior to us beginning the design is very helpful so our talented artist can bring your vision to life. Although we will tweak and edit your original request until it’s absolutely perfect for you before it’s approved for final production, if you decide to scrap the original idea once we have begun the design phase and move to another design then a deviation fee will need to be added of $75. Tweaking the design until it’s perfect is perfectly ok UP UNTIL the order is approved and finalized by the customer. Simply changing fonts, colors and/or tweaking the original design is permitted and no fees will be charged unless you go with a completely different idea once we have started on the original idea you provided. Once you approve the render and you request changes then the design deviation fee of $75 will be charged if you request changes after you have approved the final design otherwise the order will be fulfilled just as the finalized render shows.
