Our policy states that once an order is placed it cannot be refunded for Any reason as each order is considered a custom order whether it’s a custom badge or not, as each order is made just for you. 

No exceptions to refund any order.  If you have an issue definitely bring it to our attention and we’ll try to help resolve any issues with you but an order cannot be refunded but only replaced if there is a valid reason we feel it should be replaced. 

All Customers: All Forged Concepts products are custom-manufactured or made to order and are not stocked inventory. This policy applies to all orders regardless of the customer’s country, state, province, or location. Because products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed, orders ARE NOT eligible for cancellation, withdrawal, return, or refund after production has begun.

EU Customers: Custom-made and personalized products are generally exempt from withdrawal and cooling-off rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that custom-manufactured products ARE NOT eligible for cancellation, withdrawal, return, or refund after production has begun. 

All orders are made to order and manufactured specifically for the customer. Therefore, once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, withdrawn, returned, or refunded.
