We’ve had a growing number of customers send in their Taser 7 units with broken safety switches. One of the advantages of the Taser 7 is that the safety switch is normally replaceable—but only when the damage is limited to the external switch itself.

 

When the break occurs deeper inside the housing, a standard replacement switch will not work, leaving the opening exposed to dirt, moisture, and potential internal damage.

 

That’s exactly why we created this product.

 

Our Safety Switch Delete Plug is precision laser-cut from acrylic with extremely tight tolerances for an exact, flush fit. Each plug features pre-applied adhesive on the back—simply peel and stick for quick, secure installation. Once installed, it fully seals the opening to help protect the internal components from the elements.

 

This product does not restore switch functionality. It is a protective solution designed for Taser 7 units where the safety switch is broken beyond repair.
