These badges will have an outer ring stacked underneath them going along the exact contour of the edges of the badge so that it could be raised up and placed over his factory badges. 

He plans to install a magnet underneath so that it can stick and be easily removed  

The purpose of this style badge is so that he does not have to remove his factory badges and can simply place this over his factory badges and remove quickly
