• Standard badges: Up to 8 inches in any direction
• Larger than 8 inches: Custom quote required (contact us BEFORE ordering)
If you order a badge over 8 inches without contacting us first, additional payment will be required.
🧱 MATERIALS & DURABILITY
• Premium acrylic (approx. 17× stronger than glass)
• We do NOT offer metal or real carbon fiber
• Carbon fiber designs are high-quality printed patterns, not real weave
⭐ Our Engraved Series is our most durable and longest-lasting option
We do not make 3-D badges or 3-D printed badges. Some designs can have a dual layer where we stack acrylic on top of a base acrylic to create a stacked layered look but we do not create actual 3-D printed Badges as 3-D printing is typically lower resolution, and we strive to only create the best of the best.

🧲 MOUNTING & INSTALLATION (PLEASE READ)
All badges include complimentary 3M automotive adhesive for flat surfaces.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Badges do NOT bend or conform
- Surface must be flat
- If your badge needs to fit into a cavity, slot, or recess, you MUST notify us before ordering
Failure to disclose fitment requirements may result in installation issues.

• Please reply within 7 days with approval or changes
To keep production moving:
- Reminder emails/texts are sent after 7 days
- After 14 days of no response, we may proceed with the most recent proof or place the order on hold (we’ve never had to do this but we have this policy in place in the event of no contact)
Once a design is approved (or moved forward due to non-response), changes are no longer possible.

While many OEM badges appear metallic, most are actually injection-molded plastic. We use premium cast, extruded, and mirror acrylic to achieve superior clarity, depth, and durability — while allowing true one-off customization.
We invested in American-made industrial laser systems valued over $100,000 each, not low-cost imported machines.
This allows for:

Our signature engraving style cannot be replicated on cheaper equipment — which is why copycat badges often look rough or pixelated up close.
