Our artist sends you digital renders to approve before we make anything. Tweak them as much as you want — unlimited revisions until you love it. We never cut a single badge until you approve the final render.

Every badge in your order can be a different design OR the same.

How It Works

Materials & Durability

• Premium acrylic (approx. 17× stronger than glass)
• Standard thickness: 1/8 inch. We also offer 1/4 inch and 1/16 inch — just let us know during the design process
• We do NOT offer metal or real carbon fiber. Carbon fiber designs are high-quality printed patterns, not real weave
• ⭐ Our Engraved Series is our most durable and longest-lasting option

Design Limitations — Please Read

• Our badges are firm and will not bend — they must be mounted to a flat surface and not in a cavity
• All faces remain flat: no beveled or angled surfaces
• Layered (stacked) acrylic is sometimes possible depending on the design and size, but all edges will still be flat — lasers cut straight down only, not at angles
• No real chrome finishes — chrome effects are simulated using gradients and gloss
• We do not make 3-D badges or 3-D printed badges
• All custom orders come standard as one layer, not dual layer — ask during the design process if you want stacked layers

If your badge needs to fit into a cavity, slot, or recess, you MUST notify us before ordering. Failure to disclose fitment requirements may result in installation issues. If you’re unsure how your design will translate, feel free to ask before placing the order.

Sizing

• Standard badges: up to 8 inches in any direction
• Larger than 8 inches: custom quote required — contact us BEFORE ordering

If you order a badge over 8 inches without contacting us first, additional payment MAY be required. Just reach out to be sure 😎

Mounting & Installation

All badges include complimentary 3M automotive adhesive for flat surfaces. ⚠️ Badges do NOT bend or conform to curved surfaces — the surface MUST be flat and not in a cavity.

Turnaround Time

Current shipping lead time (as of 10/2026): approx 4-5 weeks from order date until shipping. Our shop runs production Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday — design work happens Mondays and Thursdays. Estimated production time is also listed on your render sheet.
